any ad to meet fair housing regulations. KeysToTheHouse.com also reserves
the right to edit/remove an ad if it's content contains adult language, adult
pictures, or the promotion of a competitor.
Refund Policy:
KeysToTheHouse.com provides only an
advertising service for Home Sellers. We are not brokers or agents nor do we represent
the buyer or seller in any respect. The registered user understand that all sales are final. There are
NO REFUNDS on the advertising or portion thereof, once I have placed it with
KeysToTheHouse.com, regardless of when I sell my home or cancel the ad. The registered user guarantees
credit card payment.
Cancelling Your Account:
You may close your acount
at any time by submitting an email with your request to contact@KeysToTheHouse.com.
Your account is not closed until you receive a confirmation
email back from us. Please keep that email of proof of closure.
